1. Permit: Apply via Phoenix Parks & Rec with your date, location, and event size here.
2. Insurance: The company you use for your inflatable MUST provide the city a copy of their liability insurance. 2gether We Bounce is insured and in the City of Phoenix Preferred Vendor List.
3. Setup: Choose a grassy area or ramada. Include Canada shady spaces to combat Phoenix sun.
4. Power: Many ramadas DO NOT have electricity and you will need to rent one separately.
🎯 Tips for a Stress-Free Park Party:
1. Book early — popular ramadas fill up fast, especially on weekends.
2. Avoid peak heat — best times are early morning or late afternoon.
3. Shade & Cooling — consider a canopy or misting fans to keep guests comfortable.
