We know party planning is a juggling act — cake in one hand, confetti in the other — so here’s the quick and cheerful lowdown on delivery windows and the questions you ask most. Our goal: get your bouncy castles, water slides, and party gear to your door on time, without the drama. 🚚🎉

Delivery Windows & What They Mean:

• Standard (Residential Only): These are usually done between 7AM - 3PM same day. We put you on the map and figure out what the "fastest/easiest" route is. Perfect if your party is later in the afternoon.

Fee: $0.00

• Priority (Residential Only): You want to be priority? This delivery option puts you to the top of the list and guarantees your delivery NO LATER than 12PM (noon). Perfect for parties that start between 10-12PM.

Fee: $40.00

• Advanced (Residential Only): Are you one of those people that like to party while the rest of us are just now having our morning coffee? This option is for you. Get your delivery the afternoon BEFORE your event (subject to availability) so that way when you wake up to start prepping at 5AM you are ready to go!
