Park & Greenbelt Bounce House Rentals

If you are looking to host your next party at either a city, HOA, community park/center, or greenbelt in your community then please read further for more information and commonly asked questions.
Q: Do you need to have a permit or insurance to set up an inflatable at the park?
That can vary depending on location. Most if not all city owned parks will require the company that you use for your inflatable rental to be licensed and insured and be able to provide them a Certificate of Insurance prior to your event. Most city parks also require YOU to purchase a day-use / Ramada permit for the day as well that is purchased directly with the corresponding city. If you are hosting at an HOA or Community Park/Center please check with them for requirements.
Q: How many hours do I get to keep the inflatable for?
We do not rent “by the hour” and our inflatables are left for the duration of your event - even if that is 1 hour or 8 hours.
Q: Do you provide the blower/generator?
All of our rentals come with a blower (that is used to blow up the inflatable) - generators do need to be added separately and available in different sizes depending on the type/amount of rentals. If you are not sure what size you need please call our office at 602-881-2000 for assistance.
Q: Do I have to/need to rent a generator from you?
Most parks DO NOT have an electrical source that we are able to use to power up our inflatables and one will be needed in order to use the inflatable. Please check with the corresponding city/department prior to your event so that we may add one to your rental. We allow the use of your own generator (at this time/subject to change) as long as it meets the minimum wattage requirements. Please check with our office if you are unsure what those are prior to your event.
Q: What if the generator malfunctions before/during the event?
Our generators are delivered with a FULL tank of gas and maintenance regularly. The reality is that sometimes things happen and things fail. If that is the case, please call our office at 602-881-2000 ASAP so we can have someone from our staff deliver a replacement generator as quick as possible.
Our staff DOES NOT carry extra generators in the truck. If YOU provided the generator it is YOUR responsibility to ensure it works properly before. We can attempt to deliver a working generator but please note that it will be subject to availability and a separate “delivery fee’ will be assessed.
Q: Can we set up a water slide at the park?
Most if not all parks DO NOT allow the use of water and either do not have a water source we can connect to - or will be locked. Please check with the corresponding park for more information. Please note this also includes community or greenbelts even if your home is “next door” and you wish to run a water hose across the street/over your wall.
