Park & Event Rentals Made Easy
Planning a party at a city park, school, church, or HOA common area anywhere in the Valley? We deliver Valley-wide — including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Peoria, Surprise, Glendale, Chandler, and Mesa. Below are the key park requirements (permits, power, insurance) so your setup goes smooth and stress-free.
Heads up: most parks require a permit, many don’t allow water units, and power usually needs a generator. Rules vary by city and even by park — when in doubt, ask the park office and text us the park name.
Park Party Checklist ✅
Before your park event, make sure you have:
Ramada / space reserved
Reserve your ramada first so your time window is locked in.
Permit (if required)
Permits vary by city and sometimes by park — confirm with the park office.
Power plan
If outlets aren’t nearby, add a generator to avoid issues.
COI request details
Park name, address, event date/time, and who needs to be listed.
Confirm water rules
Many parks don’t allow water slides/dunk tanks — verify before booking.

Park setup rules at a glance
Permit is often required
Many city parks require a permit obtained through the city / Parks & Recreation (varies by city).
COI + $60 park fee
All park parties require a Certificate of Insurance and a $60 COI processing fee.
Generator usually needed
Most parks don’t have usable power where you need it—plan to add a generator.
Water units are often not allowed
Many parks do NOT allow water slides/dunk tanks—confirm with the park.
No after-7pm park pickups
We do not do after 7pm pickups at parks—reserve a time window that ends earlier.
HOA / common areas need approval
If setting up in a shared community area, you must have property management consent first.
Note: We’re not responsible for electrical malfunctions on customer-provided generators or park outlets.
