Star Wars Obstacle Course

• Service Area: We deliver throughout Phoenix and most surrounding Valley cities. Delivery fees vary by location. If your city does not appear during checkout, call 602-881-2000.
• Standard Delivery: Our delivery route runs from 7:00 a.m. to approximately 3:00 p.m. on a fastest-route basis. We text an ETA when the crew is on the way; earlier ETAs cannot be guaranteed because setup times vary.
• Priority Delivery: Guaranteed same-day delivery no later than 12:00 p.m. for an additional $40.
  Priority Delivery is not available on major holidays or holiday weekends.
• Advanced Delivery: Afternoon delivery after approximately 3:00 p.m. on the day before your event, when available, for an additional $60.
  If the unit is unavailable the day before, the order may be moved to Priority Delivery. We will notify you if this change is necessary.
• Extra Days: Each additional day is 50% of the listed rental price. Please call to add extra days.
• Arrival Access: An adult must provide access to the setup area within 15 minutes of our arrival. If access is unavailable, a $40 redelivery fee applies and the order will be moved behind the remaining scheduled deliveries.

• Wet or Dry Use: The Star Wars Obstacle may be used wet or dry. A $40 wet-use surcharge applies when rented with water. For wet use, the customer must provide a working water source and a garden hose that reaches the setup area. The included misting system attaches to a standard garden hose.
• Electricity: This unit requires two blowers and two separate dedicated outlets within 50 feet of the setup area. Company generator rentals are available when power is unavailable. Customers may not use their own generator.
• Participants: Manufacturer limits are eight patrons across the complete course, a height range of 36–65 inches, and a maximum weight of 175 pounds per participant. Entry must be controlled to prevent crowding, and participants must continue toward the designated exit without turning back.
• Supervision: The manufacturer specifies two operators or adult attendants. Active adult supervision is required at all times.
• Weather & Wind: The inflatable must be turned off when winds exceed 15 mph or whenever unsafe weather conditions are present.
• Unit Rules: No shoes, silly string, confetti, food, drinks, or sharp objects are permitted on the inflatable.
• Cleaning: Every unit is cleaned and sanitized after each rental. Spot cleaning may also be completed at pickup.
• Residential Overnight: Overnight use is included at no additional cost for secure residential locations unless otherwise noted.
• Pets: Pets must be secured away from the setup area, and all pet waste must be removed before arrival. Pets are not permitted on or near the inflatable. Pet-related damage will be billed at the full repair cost.
• Service Lines: Stakes are used on most surfaces except turf, pavers, and concrete. Customers must mark all water, sewer, irrigation, and gas lines before arrival.
  We are not responsible for damage to unmarked service lines. When required, sandbags are available for $20 per inflatable.

• Schools, Churches, Apartments & Public Events: A $50 public-event fee applies and the required Certificate of Insurance will be completed for the setup. We require a 1.5-hour window before and after the scheduled event time for setup and breakdown.
• Non-Staked Setups: If staking is not permitted, sandbags are required at $20 per inflatable.
• Parks & Greenbelts: A $60 park fee applies and includes the required Certificate of Insurance, priority delivery window, and sandbags when needed. Customers must secure the required city park permit before the event.
• Park Hours: We do not deliver to parks before 9:00 a.m., and park pickups must be scheduled no later than 7:00 p.m.
• Park Power: Most parks do not provide electricity. When a generator is needed, it must be rented from 2gether We Bounce; customers may not provide their own.
• Checkout Details: Enter the park name, exact address, reservation window, ramada number, and permit information in the checkout notes.

• How early should I book?
  Reserve as early as possible. Weekends, school-event dates, and holidays can fill quickly.
• What payment methods are accepted?
  Cash is preferred at delivery. We also accept all major credit cards and Zelle for the remaining balance only.
• What happens if it rains?
  Customers are responsible for checking the forecast and postponing or canceling before delivery. If canceled for weather before delivery, a raincheck may be issued for use within 90 days of the original event date. Once equipment has been delivered, no refunds are available.
• What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
  The $50 reservation deposit is nonrefundable. With at least 24 hours’ notice, it may be transferred one time to a new event date within 90 days of the original event date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit.
• Do I need to be present for delivery?
  Preferably, so you can confirm placement. If you cannot be present, call us in advance to arrange access and placement instructions. The setup area must still be accessible within 15 minutes of arrival.
