Rental Terms
Q.DELIVERY & SET-UP
A.All of our rentals include the set-up and take down, however a delivery fee may apply depending on your area. Fees range from $15 - $70 and based on location. We set-up on most surfaces at no additional fee. All inflatables must be secured on an even area. Customer MUST ensure the set-up location is free of animal waste, large, rocks, or any debris that could damage the unit. It is the customer's responsibility to mark all in-ground gas, water, and power lines.
Q.DEPOSIT
A.A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. If for some reason you need to cancel your rental, deposits are kept as raincheck for 90 days. If your booking was paid in full and canceled within 48 hours, the $50 deposit will be held as a raincheck and the remaining balance will be refunded within 3-5 business days. You may also choose to hold the entire amount for a future date, please let us know if that is the case.
Q.SAME DAY CANCELATION
A.A $30 same day cancelation fee will be issued to the card on file for any cancelations that we receive the day of your event. Please make sure to notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fee. This is in addition to the $30 deposit used to hold your rental - (see “Deposit” for more info).
Q.DROP OFF & PICK UP
A.All of our units are dropped off and picked up on a per-route basis. Drop off's are done between 7:00 am - 2:00 pm. Pickups are the following day (if applicable) and are done between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Same-day pickup's will be done no later than 9:00 pm. An adult must be present at the time of drop-off. If unavailable at the time of pickup - please leave the side door unlocked so one of our team members can get in - and get out.
Q.SAME DAY PICKUPS
A.While most of our rentals are overnight (24 hours not guaranteed) we may determine that same day pickup is required based on: weather, business needs, safety issues, etc. Same day pickups apply to apartment/townhomes and any area deemed “non-secure” NO EXCEPTIONS.
Q.OVERNIGHT RENTALS
A.As previously mentioned, rentals are standard overnight (in a secure area). For purposes of insurance and safety a secure area is defined as an enclosed back yard in a residential area.
No exceptions.
Q.TAXES
A.In accordance to local and state laws, we charge sales tax on all rentals where applicable.
Q.BAD WEATHER/ WIND
A.Although we secure our units properly, we are unable to deliver and set-up if winds exceed 20 MPH for safety concerns. In the event of increased wind during your rental please have all jumpers exit the unit and deflate until the speeds subside before inflating and resuming use. 2gether We Bounce holds the right to pickup a unit prior to event end date if we believe damage will occur.
It is the renters responsibility to monitor weather prior to their event - same day cancelation for weather related will be given a full refund. If wind starts after the unit was delivered NO REFUND will be issued.

Q.BAD WEATHER/ RAIN
A.If the date of your event shows a forecast of 40% or higher of rain - rental will be canceled and full refund will be issued. You can choose to postpone for a later date. If rain begins after unit is delivered - full rental fees applies even if unable to use the unit. If rain begins please have all jumpers exit the unit and unplug the blower to avoid malfunctioning.
Q.POWER SUPPLY
A.A dedicated 110v plug per rented unit must be within 50 feet of set-up location for each blower. All rentals include a 50ft. extension cord. We are unable to run power over 75ft to keep from damaging blower and insure proper airflow. Note: Some units require more than one blower. If you experience power shut-off please ensure that unit is plugged in to a different breaker especially if you have multiple items plugged in at once. You are able to rent at generator for an additional $50 fee - please ensure ONLY inflatables are connected to our generators. A replacement fee will be assessed for damaged generators. Q.WATER SUPPLY
A.If your rental is a water compatible unit please make sure to select that option at checkout. All water units come equipped with a 50ft water hose and must be placed within 75ft of a water source. If our hose is not long enough to reach, you must supply your own hose. Once you are done with your event please turn off water source and leave unit inflated for minimum 1hr to allow excess water to dry out before deflating.
Q.PETS
A.Please ensure your pets and any waste do not come in contact with our units or tarps (if applicable). A $50 pet clean-up fee will be assessed and any damage will be subject to full repair or replacement fees.
Q.DAMAGE WAIVER
A.Our damage waiver is optional and available for every rental. For 15% of your rental price you can add this option to ensure no unseen costs for damage or repairs of unintentional damage while unit is in your possession.

Q.DISCOUNTS
A.2gether We Bounce holds the right to apply/remove discounts to any reservation at any time. We currently offer a $10 discount for our First Responders, Military, Teacher, and Medical personnel with valid ID. Discounts are unable to be combined at any time. Discounts are subject to change at any time and without further notice.
Rental Agreement
- I acknowledge that I have received the items listed in good working condition.
- I agree that I am at least 18 years of age and ultimately responsible for all the rental items listed in this agreement until picked up by lessor.
- I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowners/renters/liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage which may occur to myself, my guests, or any other person as a result of this rental.
- I agree to cover all costs for rental equipment that is stolen, lost and/or damaged. I am required to repair/replace the equipment rented and subsequently will remain the property of 2gether We Bounce, LLC.
- I consent and understand that 2gether We Bounce, LLC and any employees may enter my property at any time after the agreed rental period and without notice to retrieve any leased items.
- I understand adult supervision is required at all times.
- I understand that in case of inclement weather such as, but not limited to wind, rain, snow, hail, etc. I am required to evacuate the rental unit and turn it off to avoid injury and or damage.
- I voluntarily release 2gether We Bounce, LLC; including its agents, employees, officers, directors, partners, and affiliates from any/all liability and agree to reimburse any attorney fees and costs which may be incurred by such claims.
- 2gether We Bounce, LLC holds the right to cancel your order/delivery/reservation/contract at any time and for any reason.
